This is a wonderful site with much truth. I appreciate the “sound doctrine” especially on eternal security, baptism and communion, what the church is, the end state of the wicked, and most of all that the true gospel is being preached. The one where Christ saves us from our sins rather than in them. I am one of the lonely lights seeking to continue in the service of our Lord. Fellowship is very rare these days. I have a few that I converse with on the phone that I know really know the Lord and walk in truth. Also there is a small holiness “church” near my house that I attend some meetings at. There are people there who love God but I hate the division and denonminationalism. I let all there know where I stand on all issues concerning the things above and the church and that I would never sign some mans creed nor would I encourage others to do so. For some reason they have still “received me”. For now I feel this is where the Lord has me. But I feel a calling to plant a true local church someday. One without walls and barriers, one which teaches the true foundation and accepts all who do also but may differ in other areas, one which only practices that which was recorded for our example, and most important, one whos sole head and authority is Christ through His Spirit! If anyone is in my area and loves the Lord in truth and sincerity please give me a call. I want to know and love Christ and His body and experience the things he has planned for us, His future Bride!
